The way I have gotten women to stop using their cell phones in the locker room is to bring out my own..(complete with built in camera) snap their picture and tell them THAT is just one of the reasons WHY mobile phones are not allowed in the ladies changing room...and if they don't shut their's off I will post their photo on the internet. I've never had a problem since....sometimes you can't be ladylike and demure about things
